Ted Wojas, AACI, P.App is president of WAGI and has over 30 years of direct real estate appraisal experience including a variety of property types with a specialty in commercial appraisals. Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning, a Mortgage Financing Diploma from the University of British Columbia, and was awarded the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1982. Along with these degrees, Ted has taken extensive seminars and courses from both the United States and Canada dealing with a variety of real estate related topics. Ted's extensive knowledge, understanding and wide skills enable him to facilitate all your real estate appraisal requirements.

Mary Wojas, Real Estate Broker is vice president of WAGI and manages the administrative operations of the firm. Mary has been involved in a variety of real estate related activities over the past 20 years and specializes in computer based real estate services, property data research, and facilitates efficient business relationships. Mary has been registered under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act since 1983, is a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board (Commercial Division), and the National Commercial Council of The Canadian Real Estate Association. She has completed numerous real estate related courses as offered from the Ontario Real Estate Association, as well as a variety of courses dealing with Property Management, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Office Administration, Property Valuation/Appraisal, and Property Law as it relates to Real Estate.

Carol deHaas, CRA is manager of our Residential Division and has over 20 years of real estate appraisal experience. Carol was awarded the CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation in 1996 from the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and oversees the residential operations of our appraisal office. Carol keeps her skills current by taking numerous intensive real estate appraisal related courses and specializes in the valuation of mortgage, divorce, pre-listing and relocation appraisals. Carol prides herself in her accuracy, and in keeping within a 5 percent variance of appraised value to sale price for appraisals.

Matt Wojas, Web Developer: Matt provides IT support for the firm. Matt completed his Honours Degree in English at the University of Toronto (2007) as well as a post graduate diploma in Web development from Humber College (2008).
