Market Analysis: Our data base includes sales activity from 1976 to current date from a variety of sources such as the Registry Office, Multiple Listing Services, Marsh and Teela. We also maintain current demographic, economic, building cost and building activity reports for each municipality within the Greater Toronto Area.

Report Formats: Our reports range from form type reports for residential properties, to in-depth narrative type reports for industrial/commercial and special purpose properties. All of our reports surpass CUSPAP (Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) and CDIC (Canadian Deposit Insurance Corporation) Standards of Sound Business and Financial Practices regarding Real Estate Appraisals. Our reports range from limited restricted reports to full narrative appraisal reports.

Engagement and remuneration: Fees at Wojas Appraisal Group Inc., are very competitive and are dependent on the type of property, the purpose of the appraisal, the timing requirements, the scope of the assignment and the degree of detail required. We provide the initial consultation at no charge.
