We also maintain current demographic, economic, building cost and building activity reports for each municipality within the Greater Toronto Area.

Report Formats: Our reports range from form type reports for residential properties, to in-depth narrative type reports for industrial/commercial and special purpose properties. All of our reports surpass CUSPAP (Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) and CDIC (Canadian Deposit Insurance Corporation) Standards of Sound Business and Financial Practices regarding Real Estate Appraisals. Our reports range from limited restricted reports to full narrative appraisal reports.
